I am able to manage my finances just fine thank you!. The government on the other hand does not appear to be able to do so!!! If I want to make a lower payment once in a while I should have that right! I am no fool and none of us are we all know the result of only making small payments on a credit card all of the time. Anyone who does so is probably doing it because it is all they can afford. Even poor people need things. I thought this president was supposed to be for the little guy! You couldn't prove it by me!!!
